(This document may also be found embedded in the binary, in the all-too-predictable event the readmes are lost in a slurry of direct download repackages.)

.: Usage :.
You need a 64DD and disk with "Japan Pro Golf Tour 64" (DPGJ)--legit or dev. Copy one or more course bins to the end of this ROM, then run it on console via a flashcart with the disk in your drive. The course data will be unpacked and saved to disk. Select them like you would any other course from the list.
You will not need to use the flashcart from then on; the courses will always be available any time you play with that disk. There isn't exactly a way to get rid of them as of yet, so hope you enjoy?

No special tool is needed to copy. Even the old win command prompt method is fine, like so:
COPY /B stubbums.n64 + TokyoBayResort.crs combined.n64

Linux users: quit using *nix if you need to be told basic commands to join files.

Instead of simply copying raw files to LBA CC2 like the Randnet feature would have done, this stub clones the runtime and directly unpacks the files. This DLC unpacker has the advantage it won't hang if a directory already exists and can append the current course list instead of completely replacing it when an entry it hasn't seen is found. It's also safe to use even if your MFS directory was reformatted; the 3MB reserved block for DLC is not created after a reformat, though resetting your save data with the button combo won't erase it. As an added bonus, dev drive users that don't have an internal IPL (like myself) won't need one when running this. However, it is still recommended you only run it once, to place the files on disk and play it a bit. Use a normal boot method for subsequent sessions.

This stub is specificly for Japanese disks (DPGJ), though the DLC contains data for multiple regions. Other stubs will be made to softpatch disk translations.

Have fun, all dozen of you with the needed HW.
